摘要
贴片机工作速度快,效率高,其动态性能对芯片的贴装精度影响大。首先建立贴片机的三维有限元模型,然后利用AN SYS对拱架式贴片机PS1000的整机进行了动力学建模与模态分析。通过对低阶模态分析发现,低阶固有频率与整机的工作频率较为接近,容易产生共振,机架和横梁容易产生平移振动,影响贴装精度,故应该适当提高贴片机的工作频率或提高机架和横梁的刚性,以避免共振区域。最后,采用LMS振动测试仪对样机进行锤击法模态测量,进行了样机的实验模态分析,验证了ANSYS模态分析的可靠性。
The arch frame placement machine is working fast and high efficiency.The dynamic performance of the machine effects on the pasted accuracy of the chip significantly.Firstly,three-dimensional finite element dynamic model of the placement machine is established and model analysis on the whole arch frame is done.The low order natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained.Based on the result,the low order natural frequency is close to the working frequency in the placement machine.In this situation,the machine is easy to produce big resonance.At the same time,the frame and the crossbeam is easy to generate translation vibration.It is necessary to increase the working frequency or improve the dynamic rigidity of the frame and crossbeam so as to avoid resonance region.Lastly,LMS-vibration-test is used to measure the prototype machine’s modal analysis by hammering on it,test and verify the model analysis of FEM.
