摘要
搅拌机的控制一般是采用传统的动力控制模式,这种控制模式对于现代的高精度的搅拌要求是不适应的,对搅拌材质的均匀控制也是难于实现生产控制要求的,结合实际,在制作搅拌机控制系统教学教具模板中采用了PLC与变频器相结合的控制模式,这种控制模式无论是操作还是功能上都是比较简单实用的。
Traditional power control mode is widly used in blender,but this mode cannot meet the needs of modern high-precision mixing and of the uniform control to the mixing materials.Therefore,a control mode combined with PLC and frequency conversion is used in blender control system teaching template.It is a simple while practical way in both operation and function.
