电流模开关电源控制电路中电流检测电路的设计 被引量:1

Circuit Design of Curent-sensing in Current-mode DC-DC Converter

摘要 分析了传统的电流检测方法及几种改进方案的特点,提出了分别应用于电流模buck和Boost型开关电源转换器电流检测方法,通过合理设置电路工作时序,电流检测电路仅在功率开关导通区间工作,有效降低了电路功耗. The traditional electric current detection method and the characteristics of sever-al improvement scheme is analysed. A new electric current detection method used for Buck and Boost Switch power converters respectively is put forward. Through setting up reasonable work timing circuit, worked only during the power switch conduction interveal, the power con- sumption of the circuit is reduced effectively.
