氯醇法生产环氧丙烷企业重大危险源辨识与分级 被引量:2

The Identification and Classification of the Chemical Major Hazards in Propylene Oxide Production Enterprise with Chlorine Alcohol Method

摘要 依据化学品重大危险源辨识与分级标准,以天津某氯醇法生产环氧丙烷企业为例,对其生产装置及储存罐区可能存在的危险化学品重大危险源进行了辨识与分级.通过实际案例的运用,发现开展危险化学品重大危险源辨识与分级工作时,应多次辨识以提高辨识的准确性,防止遗漏重要的重大危险源监控区域;但对已经构成重大危险源的单元之间,应避免再组合进行重大危险源辨识与分级,以防止夸大其单元危险等级的情况发生. Based on the identification and classification standard of chemical major hazards, taking a propylene oxide production enterprise in tianjin for example, the identification and classification of the chemical major hazards which might be existed in production area and tank area were done. It' s better to do the identification and classification of the chemical major haz-ards for several times in order to improve the accuracy, and to prevent the omission of major hazards surveillance area. But for the existed chemical major hazards, combining them and do-ing the identification and classification again should be prevented in order to avoid exaggerating its dangerous level.
