摘要
目的:探讨黄连解毒汤在加入使药栀子前后,对臣-佐药黄芩-黄柏干预2,4-二硝基苯酚诱导热病证候模型生物标志物的影响。方法:基于代谢组学技术,采用主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘-判别分析方法(PLS-DA),研究加入栀子前后,黄芩-黄柏干预热病证候模型大鼠尿液中潜在生物标志物的变化规律。结果:初步确定了热病证候模型尿液代谢物组的整体变化及46个潜在内源性生物标志物,在加入栀子前黄芩-黄柏对其中的21个生物标志物有干预作用,加入栀子后对其中的24个生物标志物有干预作用。结论:使药栀子加强了臣-佐药黄芩-黄柏对热病证候模型的干预作用。
Objective:To explore the biomarker effect of courier medicinal Gardenia Jasminoidcs Ellis on minister-assistant medicinal Scute]laria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri in Huanglian Jiedu decoction intervention fever syn- drome model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol. Methods:According to the metaholomics,PCA and OPLS-DA analysis methods were utilized to study the change rules of the potential biomarker in rats urine of fever syndrome model, comforming the impact of Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri and Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phelloden- dri-Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis. Resuhs:Confirming the overall change of urinary metabolites and 46 potential en- dogenous biomarkers on fever syndrome models. Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri have effected on 21 biomarkers and Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri-Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis have effected on 24 biomarkers. Conclusion:Courier medicinal Gardenia Jasminoides can strengthen the role of minister-assistant medicinal Scutellaria Baicalensis-Cortex Phellodendri on fever syndrome model.
