广州市海珠区中学生性行为现况及相关因素分析 被引量:5

Analysis on status of Sexual Behavior and Relative Factors Among Middle School Students in Haizhu District Guangzhou

摘要 目的了解广州市海珠区中学生性行为状况及其相关因素,为开展性健康教育提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法,应用"青少年健康相关行为调查问卷"对广州市海珠区4 308名中学生进行问卷调查。结果中学生从学校接受青春期知识教育的报告率为66.8%;观看色情信息的报告率为14.3%;特殊意义异性朋友(单独约会过)的自报率为26.1%;边缘性行为的报告率,拥抱为17.5%、接吻为12.2%、抚摸异性身体为8.5%;曾发生性交行为的报告率为3.5%,其中30.9%曾在被迫情况下与他人发生过性行为。性别、年级、父亲文化程度、每月零花钱、观看黄色刊物/音像制品、赞成中学生恋爱、约会过、有边缘性行为、吸烟、饮酒、使用镇静催眠类药物、吸毒史与性行为的发生有直接影响作用(P<0.001)。结论不良性行为已成为影响广州市海珠区中学生健康成长的危险行为之一。社会、家庭、学校应通力合作,采取干预措施,促进青少年健康成长。 Objective To study the status and relative factors of sexual behavior among middle school students in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, and to provide evidence for sexual health education. Method Health related behavior questionnaire for Chinese adolescents was conducted among 4308 middle school students from Haizhu District using stratified and cluster sampling method. Results Rates of school sexual knowledge education, watching sexual information, and making date with opposite sex were 66. 8%, 14. 3% and 26. 1% respectively. Marginal sexual behavior rates were embracing ( 17.5% ), kissing ( 12. 2% ), petting (8. 5% ) . The reported rate of sexual behavior was 3.5%. The rate of unwanted sexual behavior was 30. 9% among who had sexual behaviors. Single factor analysis showed that sex, grade, father's education, pocket money, watching sexual information, attitude and relation of amour between boys and girls, making date with opposite sex, criti- cal sexual behaviors, smoking, drinking, sedative - hypnotic use and drug using were related with the students sexual experiences ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusions Harmful sexual behavior has become one of the risk behavior which affect Haizhu District adolescents" health development. Intervention measures should be taken by the collaboration of Society, family and school.
