2006-2011年安顺市传染病类突发公共卫生事件流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of the emergent public health events of infectious diseases in Anshun city from 2006 to 2011

目的分析安顺市传染病类突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,探索控制对策。方法对安顺市2006-2011年报告的传染病类突发公共卫生事件信息进行分析。结果 2006-2011年安顺市共报告传染病类突发公共卫生事件250起,波及168 143人,发病7 443例,死亡12例,罹患率4.43%,死亡率0.07‰,病死率0.16%;报告一般事件107起,未分级事件143起;报告乙类传染病27起573例,丙类传染病118起3 673例,其它类传染病105起3 197例,报告起数和发病数最多是2009年,发病时间以第二、四季度为主;8县(区)均有传染病类突发公共卫生事件报告。结论应加强学校传染病疫情监测工作,尤其是呼吸道、消化道传染病;应加强水痘等地方常见病、多发病监测,落实传染病"五早"制度,将疫情控制在最小范围,防止传染病类突发公共卫生事件的发生。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of emergent public health events of infectious diseases in Anshun city and explore control countermeasure. Method Analysis the data of emergent public health events of infectious diseases in Anshun city from 2006 to 2011. Results During 2006 to 2011, there were 250 pieces cases reported in Anshun city, affected 168 143 persons, 7 443 were infected, 12 were death, attack rate was 4. 43%, death rate was 0. 07%e, fatality rate was 0. 16%. 27 pieces 573 cases of class B infectious disease events were reported, 118 pieces 3 673 cases of class C were reported, other infectious disease events were 105 pieces 3 197 cases. The reported cases and infection cases were highest in 2009, and the disease times were the second and fourth quarter of the year, the infection cases cml found all of this city. Conclusions We should enhance the monitoring work of schools, above all respiratory infectious disease and digestive tract infectious disease, we should enhance the monitoring of commonly encountered disease and frequently- occurring disease, implement infectious diseases five early system, control the epidemic in least scope, prevention the emergent public health events occurrence.
