摘要
固有免疫是防御病原体侵害机体的第一道防线,近些年对于固有免疫及其识别模式和受体的研究取得较大进展。许多研究表明,免疫受体与感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、过敏性疾病及肿瘤相关,因此其配体和信号传导途径也成为研究重点。本文对固有免疫的细胞、分子和PRR中模式识别受体TLR、NLR及RIG样受体的配体及其信号传导进行介绍,以加深对固有免疫的发生与进化的认识。
Inherent immunity is the first defense against the pathogen aggression. The study on inherent immunity and pattern recognition receptors had received grade advancement in recent years, Many studies showed that immunologic receptors were related with infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, anaphylaetic disease and cancer, and thus their ligands and signaling pathway also become the key of the study. This article reviews the inherent immunity cell, molecule, the ligands and signal transduction of PRR pattern recognition receptors TLR, NLR and RIG in order to further understand the occurrence and evolution of inherent immunity.
