摘要
目的考核酵母基因工程乙肝疫苗在易感藏族人群中的免疫原性。方法为1 609名从横断面调查中筛选出的HBV易感者接种汉逊酵母乙型肝炎疫苗,剂量10ug/mL,程序0、1、6个月。免疫7个月后,随机整群选择615名接种者采集静脉血标本,固相放射免疫(RIA)法定性检测HBsAg、抗-HB,Abbott公司的MEIA试剂定量检测抗-HBs。结果共549名接种者抗-HBs阳转,阳转率89.3%,抗-HBs阳转者几何平均浓度(GMC)为3 514.6mIU/mL;抗体阳转率和GMC均呈随年龄降低的趋势,而与接种者的性别、职业、居住地等无关;观察结束时检出8名HBsAg阳转者,其原因待查。结论藏族人群对基因工程乙肝疫苗有良好的免疫应答。
Objective To observe the immunogenicity of YDV ( Yeast - derived hepatitis E. vaccine) among susceptible Tibetan population. Method 1 609 HBV susceptibles were selected by cross- sectional survey, which were inoculated with YDV of 10μg/ml at the 0, 1 st and 6th month. After 7 months of immane, random- ly selected 615 venous blood samples. HBsAg and anti -HB were qualitative detectior by RIA, and anti - HBs was quantitative detection by MEIA reagent which produced by Abbott company. Results It was shown that 549 inoculators'anti - HBs were seroconversion, the seroconversion rate was 89.3%, and the geometric mean concentration (GMC) of anti - HBs seroconversion was 3 514. 6mIU/mL. Both antibody seroconversion rate and GMC were decreased with the age increased, and they had no relation with gender, occupations, hab- itations of inoculators. At the end of observation, there were 8 cases of HBsAg positive,, which need further investigation. Condusions Tibetan nationality crowds have a good immune response to Yeast - derived hepatitis B vaccine.
