摘要
目的了解张家口市宣化区食品及公共场所从业人员乙型肝炎病毒感染状况,为开展乙肝防治工作提供依据。方法用ELISA法检测HBsAg和HBeAg。结果 2007-2009年食品、公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率为0.91%,HBeAg阳性率为0.16%,HBsAg阳性率呈逐年下降趋势。男性HBsAg、HBeAg阳性检出率较女性高。不同年龄组HB-sAg、HBeAg阳性率差异有统计学意义,其中41~50岁组检出HBsAg阳性率最高,检出HBeAg阳性率最高的是31~40岁组。公共场所食品从业人员HBsAg阳性率高于饮食业。结论张家口市宣化区食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率明显低于全国平均水平,并有逐年降低的趋势。通过全民健康教育、健康促进、接种疫苗等措施可减少HBV感染。
Objective To understand HBV infection status among jobholders of food and public places and provide scientific evidence for HBV prevention and cure. Method HBsAg and HBeAg were detected by ELISA. Results From 2007 to 2009, the positive rate of HBsAg was 0. 91% among jobholders of food and public places, the positive rate of HBeAg was 0. 16%, the positive rate of HBsAg was decreased year by year. HB- sag and HBeAg positive rates of males were higher than that of females. HBsAg and HBeAg positive rates of different age groups were difference, HBsAg positive rate of 41 to 50 age group was the highest, and HBeAg was highest in 31 to 40 age group. HBsAg positive rate of public food jobholders was higher than that of cate- ring trade. Conclusions The HBsAg positive rates among jobholders of food and public places was obvious low then the level of national and it decreasing year by year. By implementation health education, health promotion, and vaccination can reduce HBV infection.
