摘要
目的了解广安市城区蝇类种群密度及消长情况,为制订科学防制对策提供依据。方法采用笼诱法将诱集的成蝇用乙醚杀死后进行分类鉴定。结果全年共诱集成蝇1 368只,平均蝇密度为10.13只/笼。7月蝇密度最高,达25.07只/笼,棕尾别麻蝇和大头金蝇为主要优势蝇种。结论开展蝇类防制应以环境治理为主,并结合种群特点和密度消长规律进行科学防制。
Objective To understand the population density and growth and decline situation of flies in Guang'an, and provide evidences for making control countermeasures. Method Using cage luring method to collect the flies, and killed by ethylether then classification and identification them. Results Total of 1 368 flies were catched, the average flies density was 10. 13/cage. In July, the density was the highest, it was 25.07/ cage. Sarcophagab peregrine and Chrysomyia megacephala were the dominant species. Conclusions Carrying out flies control basis on comprehensive ecological improvement, and combined with the population characteristics and density growth and decline regularity
