高职教育正在面临新问题、新压力,高职教师的职业教育教学能力提升成为办学质量的核心。通过搭建校企合作平台,鼓励教师积极参与职业领域分析;建立教师企业顶岗锻炼机制、加强教师的职业实践能力;以团队建设为载体,提高教师课程体系建设、课程开发和实施能力等途径,全面提升高职教师职业教育教学能力。

Higher vocational education is facing new problems and new pressure, and improvement of higher vocational teachers＇ teaching ability of professional education is becoming the core of school quality. Teachers＇ active participation in vocational field analysis can be encouraged by building school - enterprise cooperation platform. Mechanism that the teachers are on duty in enterprises is to be established to strengthen teachers＇ professional practice ability. Taking team construction as the carrier, teachers＇ professional ability can be improved by improving their ability of course system construction, course development and implementation in vocational colleges.
