摘要 介绍了聚乙烯管道的电熔焊接技术,对聚乙烯管道电熔焊工作原理进行了阐述,对影响焊接质量的因素进行了分析。在影响焊接接头质量的因素中,能量偏差、环境温度、操作不当等是最为主要的因素,直接导致了未熔合、金属丝错位、孔洞、夹杂及冷焊等缺陷的出现。阐述了超声相控阵技术实现电熔焊接头的缺陷识别,对缺陷超声相控阵信号特征进行了分析,并通过实际的检测信号验证了特征分析的准确性,从而为保证聚乙烯管道焊接接头质量提供了一种可靠的技术手段。 The electrofusion welding technology of polyethylene pipe was introduced,and its principle was described,and the influencing factors on the welding quality were analyzed.In the influencing factors on the joint quality,energy deviation,ambient temperature,improper operation is the most important factors,which directly result in the lack of fusion,wire dislocation,holes,inclusions,and cold welding defects.At the same time,the phased array ultrasonic technology for defect recognition of electrofusion welded joint was described.The ultrasound phased array signal characteristics of the defects were analyzed,and the accuracy of feature analysis was verified by the actual detection.So a reliable technical means is provided to ensure the quality of welded joints.
