联合国维和警察甄选考试指南改革对维和语言培训的影响及对策研究

摘要 2012年2月颁布的《联合国单警维和任务区及特别政治任务区甄选考试标准作业程序》对联合国甄选考试的组织、实施程序、考查标准等方面都进行了较大的调整。从联合国维和警察甄选考试指南的改革入手,以语言考试为突破口,研究指南的改革对维和语言培训的影响,并制定相应的对策,对维和培训工作具有指导作用和借鉴意义。 As the UN published the Standard Operation Procedure Assessment of Individual Police Officers for Service in United Nations Peacekeeping Operations and Special Political Missions in February 2012, the implementing, proce- dure and standard of the assessments has been partly changed. What changes are, what influence it will bring to the peacekeeping training and what peacekeeping training centre should react to these chanl^es all have been essential facts for peacekeeping training. The paper starts from the reform in the assessment guidelines, breaks through the language assessments, researches in the influence for the peacekeeping brought by the new guidelines and finds some countermeasures, which is aimed to be helpful for the peacekeeping training.
