近年来,随着部分邻国侵犯我国领土事件的频繁发生,国内为国界立法的呼声亦水涨船高。然而,立法进程并非一蹴而就的,当前国界立法方面仍存在着许多问题亟待解决,需要我们从多角度分析,综合思考,以探寻符合中国国情的解决方式。
