The development of Competence is the key to public security colleges. The Chinese People＇ s Armed Po- lice Academy offers a new way to reform the teaching and training patterns of public security colleges and introduces a creative way of integrating the way of selective courses into the way of practical subjects, based on the notion that teaching and training should be closer to the practice.
