摘要
目的:总结急性左心衰竭的临床特点及治疗经验,以提高对急性左心衰竭的诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析2006年1月至2010年12月收治的48例急性左心衰竭患者的临床资料。结果:痊愈36例(75.0%),好转8例(16.7%),死亡4例(8.3%)。结论:及时诊断急性左心衰竭和采取综合急救措施可改善预后。
Objective： To summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment experience of acute heart failure and to improve the levels of diagnosis and therapy. Methods： The clinical data of 48 patients with acute heart failure were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010. Results： Among the 48 patients with acute heart failure, 36 （75.0%）cases were cured,8 （16.7%） cases were gotten better and 4 （8.3%） cases were died. Conclusion： It may improve the prognosis of acute heart failure that the diagnosis and the general emergency treatments performed promptly.
