摘要
PBL教学法(PBL)是以临床实际问题为基础、以学生为中心,重视学生临床思维与能力培养的教学方式;医学视频教学法是将医学影音资料用于教学中,增强学生的真实感,提高记忆力,调动学生的积极性。将PBL结合医学视频教学法引入急诊医学教学有助于培养学生自主学习和发现问题和解决问题的意识,建立急诊临床思维;有利于培养学生实践及知识应用的能力。
Problem based learning (PBL) teaching method is a clinical practical problems for the foundation to take the student as the center, attach importance to studentst clinical thinking and the ability of teaching methods. Medical video teaching method is medical video data used for teaching to enhance the students' sense of reality and to improve memory and to arouse the enthusiasm of students. PBL combined with medical video teaching method into the teaching of emergency medicine contributes to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning and finding and solving the problems of consciousness, establishment of emergency clinical thinking. There are helpful to cultivate students" practice ability and knowledge application.
