分散型电致发光(EL)器件的开发及其照明应用

Exploration of Dispersion-type EL Components and Its Application Over Lighting

摘要 分散型电致发光(EL)是将无机荧光体粒子分散于有机聚合物中的荧光体层,并将功能性的胶体层叠积成基本单元,通过印刷加工实现器件化的新光源。但色纯度和亮度低,新开发的混合式EL器件融合了色纯度优的有机色素,是具有高亮度、高显色性和高附加值的新型面光源发光器件。 The dispersion-type EL is the new light source resulting from the following process: the inorganic phosphor particles dispersed in the phosphor layer of organic polymers, and then pile functional colloid cascading into basic unit; finally, become components by printing process. With this process, the lighting has low color purity and brightness. The newly-designed mixed EL component is a new lighting component with high brightness, high color rendering and high value-added, which combines organic pigment with excellent color purity
