摘要
目的探讨CXCR4在肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测84例肺癌组织、20例正常肺组织中CXCR4的表达,其中84例肺癌中包括36例淋巴结转移。结果 CXCR4蛋白在肺正常组织表达较低,在84例肺癌组织中的阳性表达率高达60.7%(51/84)。CXCR4的表达与肺癌患者的年龄、性别无关,而与分化程度、TNM分期、病理类型和淋巴结转移有相关性。低分化组肺癌组织CXCR4阳性表达率(78.95%)明显高于高中分化组(45.65%)。临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ期的肺癌组织CXCR4蛋白阳性表达率分别为50.81%和86.96%;伴淋巴结转移组肺癌CXCR4蛋白阳性表达率为77.78%,没有淋巴结转移组阳性表达率为47.92%;而病理类型中腺癌的阳性表达较高(86.36%)。结论肺癌组织中高表达的CXCR4很可能是促进肺癌侵袭和转移的一个重要分子。
Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR4 in human lung cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Methods CXCR4 expression was detected in normal lung tissues adjacent to cancer lesions of 20 patients, and lung cancer of 84 patients, including 36 metastatic lymph node specimens by immunohistochemistry staining. Results The positive expression rate of CXCR4 protein were 60.7% (51/84) in 84 lung cancer tissues, and expression of CXCR4 protein was low in normal lung tissues. CXCR4 expression was correlated with the differentiation, TNM stage, pathological type and metastasis of lymph node, but had no relationship with age and gender. There was significant difference between the well differentiated group(45.65% ) and the poor differentiated group(78.95% ) ,P 〈0.05 ,CXCR4 in the( I + II ) stage(50.81% ) was distinctly lower than that in the III stage( 86.96% ) ;the difference of positive rate of CXCR4 was significant between group with metastasis of lymph node and group without metastasis of lymph node,P 〈 0.05 ; CXCR4 expression was higher in adenocarcinoma( 86.36% ). Conclusion Upregulation of CXCR4 expression in lung cancer tissue probably played an important role in carcinogenesis and metastasis of lung caneer.
