ET评价吸烟对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的利用血管回声跟踪技术(ET)评价探讨吸烟对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法利用血管回声跟踪技术分别获取30例健康体检者(正常对照组)和60例糖尿病患者(其中A组:不吸烟者30例,B组:吸烟10年以上者30例)的血管压力-应变弹性系数(Eρ)、硬度指数(β)及顺应性(AC)三项指标进行对比、分析、讨论。结果非吸烟糖尿病组较正常对照组EP、β增高,AC减低,而吸烟糖尿病组较非吸烟糖尿病组的EP、β增高,AC减低,即动脉弹性减低。结论血管回声跟踪技术能够较好地评价吸烟对糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响,可提高人们对吸烟的危害性的认识,并对预防和减少糖尿病并发症有着重要意义。
