摘要
本文在概括介绍泥炭最新用途的基础上 ,重点阐述泥炭多元稀土颗粒复混肥开发试验的研究成果。具体包括泥炭原料的物化工艺性能评价和泥炭多元稀土颗粒复混肥的原料选取、配方设计、生产技术及加工流程、农作物小区对比试验等。生产泥炭多元稀土颗粒复混肥的技术与流程可以概括为 :将泥炭低温 (<70℃ )烘干 10 h,在碎样机上碎至10 0筛目。按比例用碳铵对普钙进行铵化处理 ,再按配方加入其他原料 ,搅拌均匀后 ,此时即制成掺合型泥炭多元稀土复混肥。若需造粒 ,可加入适量水润湿 ,经造粒机造粒 ,并烘干装袋即可。该肥料开发前景广阔 ,加工技术简单可行 ,具有良好的经济和社会效益。施用它除增产效果比较明显 (较一般无机复混肥平均增产 11.12 % )外 ,还可改良土壤 ,起到缓释和长效作用 ,调节土壤酸碱度 ,提高农作物的抗病能力 ,可望在发展无污染农业方面发挥积极作用。
Based on the brief introduction of the ne west use of peat, this paper chiefly expounds the experimental achievement of peat compo und fertilizer of multiple elements rare-earth granule. The achievement include s the assessment of physical chemical performance of peat raw material, the sele ction of material of peat compound fertilizer of multiple rear-earth elements g ranular, the plan of prescription, the techniques and flow chart of production a nd the contrast experiment of crops. Its flow chart of production is summarized as follows: firstly, dry up the peat for 10 h below 70℃; secondly, smash the dr ied peat into fine particles by pulverizer; thirdly, mix the common calcium and ammonium bicarbonat in certain proportion; finally; add other materials to the m ixture according to the prescription. Thus, the admixture fertilizer of peat com pound fertilizer of multiple rare-earth elements is produced. The fertilizer ca n be made into granule or bags by adding centain amount of water.
