摘要
用c(NH4 F) =0 .0 15mol/L的NH4 F和c(HCl) =0 .3mol/L的HCl浸提土壤样品中有效磷 ,以钼锑抗分光光度法测定有效磷的含量。在c(H2 SO4 ) =0 .2~ 0 .3mol/L的H2 SO4 和Sb3 + 存在下 ,磷酸与钼酸铵反应形成磷锑钼杂多酸 ,该杂多酸在常温下被抗坏血酸还原为磷钼蓝络合物 ,它的最大吸收波长于 70 0nm处 ,磷量在 0 .0~ 140 0 μg/L范围内服从比尔定律 ,检出限为 0 .0 2 4μg/mL。
The extraction of effective phosphor in soil sample uses the solution of 0.015 mol/L ammonium fluoride 0.2~0.3 mol/L hydrochloric and determine it content by molybdenum stibium, ascorbicacid((NH 4) 6Mo 7O 24 4H 2OKSbOC 4H 4O 61/2H 2O-C 6H 8O 6) spetrophotometry. Under the condition of H 2SO 4 of c (H 2SO 4)=0.2~0.3 mol/L and Sb 3+ , H 3PO 4 reacts with (NH 4) 6Mo 7O 24 4H 2O then creates phosphor-stibium-molybdenum heleropoly acid. In normal temperature this acid is deoxidized to phosphor-molybdenum-blueness complex compound whose max absorb-wavelength is 700 nm. It is obey bill Law when the phosphor content ranges 0~1400 μg/L. The examining limit is 0.024 μg/mL.
