摘要
提出船用离心风机叶片开槽处理技术,以改善叶轮通道气体流场。利用商用CFD软件,分别对某型离心风机原始叶轮和开槽叶片叶轮进行三维数值模拟,并详细对比分析了2种叶轮模拟结果。结果表明:开槽处理可抑制射流-尾迹现象进而减小由此引起的叶片尾缘漩涡,并减弱通道内漩涡,从而提高通道内流场稳定性,增加通道流通面积,并且在一定范围内提高叶轮性能。
The slot treatment to blade of centrifugal fan used on boards was proposed for improving the flow field in the impeller channel.Three-dimensional numerical simulations were performed on the prototype and the slot treatment impeller with commercial CFD software.The simulation results were in-depth contrasted and analysed.The study presented that,the slot treatment can control the jet-wake phenomenon and eliminate the trailing vortex which results from the jet-wake one step further,and weaken the vortex in the impeller channel.As the result the steadiness of the flow field was improved,the flow area was enlarged and the performance was iomproved on part of operation line.
