复方南星止痛膏的顶空气相色谱指纹图谱研究

Fingerprint Chromatogram Analysis of Fufang Nanxing Zhitong Gao by Headspace GC

目的:建立复方南星止痛膏的顶空气相指纹图谱,全面评价其质量。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱:HP-5MS(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm),载气为氮气,流速:1mL·min-1,分流比:5:1,FID检测器,程序升温,顶空进样。并对10批复方南星止痛膏挥发性成分指纹图谱进行相似度计算。结果:10批复方南星止痛膏指纹图谱中有6个共有峰,各峰分离度良好,样品间相似度均大于0.95。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于复方南星止痛膏的质量评价。

Objective：To establish a headspace GC fingerprint chromatogram for analysis volatile compounds of Fufang Nanxing Zhitong Gao, and evaluated its quality. Methods：The sample was conducted by GC with HP-5 column （30 m ×0. 25 mm, 0. 25 μm）. The carrier gas was N2 at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min - 1. Split ratio was 5 ： 1. The detection was FID. Ten batches of Fufang Nanxing Zhitong Gao was calculated to their similarity. Results： Six main peaks were clearly separated in 20 min. The similarity of ten batches was over 0. 95. Conclusion：The headspace GC fingerprint chromatogram is successfully used on analysis and quality control of Fufang Nanxing Zhitong Gao.
