摘要
传统的油气管道缓蚀剂应用技术存在成膜时间长、未完整成膜前局部加速腐蚀、缓蚀剂应用方案不经济等缺点。缓蚀剂清管涂膜技术较好地解决了上述问题。详细介绍了缓蚀剂用量的计算方法、相关装置的设计及运行经验及涂膜效果的评估方法。建议该技术与管道清管、缓蚀剂连续加注技术配合使用会取得更好的防腐效果。该项缓蚀剂应用技术可大大降低管道的腐蚀风险,具有较大的工业实用价值和推广价值。
There were some weakness of corrosion inhibitor applied technology, like film formation time was long, localized corrosion was accelerated before complete film formed, and application program was uneconomic. The above problems could be properly solVed by pigging film anticorrosin technology of corrosion inhibitor. The method for calculating amount of corrosion inhibitor, design and operation experience of related devices, and evaluation method of application effects were introduced in detail. It was suggested that pigging and continuous injection of corrosion inhibitor could be used in combination with pigging film of corrosion inhibitor, and better anticorrosin results would be achieved. The corrosion risk of oil and gas gathering pipe was reduced greatly, so there were obvious industrial practical value and promotional value of this anticorrosin technology.
