热处理条件对30CrNiMoV钢力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同热处理条件对 30 Cr Ni Mo V高强钢力学性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,淬火温度为 860~ 92 0°C,回火温度为 550~ 60 0°C时 ,该钢的低温冲击韧性、断裂韧性和抗拉强度可获良好的匹配。疲劳裂纹扩展速率在稳定扩展区对组织结构不敏感 ,而在门槛区或近门槛区 ,则对组织结构敏感。 The influence of heat treatment conditions on mechanical property of 30CrNiMoV steel was investigated. The results show that better combination of low temperature impact toughness, fracture toughness and tensile strength can be obtained by quenching at between 860°C and 920°C and tempering at from 550°C to 600°C. Fatigue crack growth rate is insensitive to the microstructure in mid range, but is sensitive in the near threshold and threshold region.
