热压碳化硼轴承材料的摩擦磨损性能试验装置

摘要 针对热压碳化硼轴承材料的应用条件 ,如相对位移速度、载荷和工作介质 ,设计了一套测定碳化硼摩擦磨损性能的装置。该装置可在较宽范围内改变速度 ( 1 .4 1~ 1 5.8m· s- 1 )和负荷( 5.2× 1 0 4~ 2 .1 5× 1 0 6Pa) ,也可改变环境气氛 (干式或湿式 ) ,且实现了自动记录。 An apparatus as a tribometer for hot pressed boron carbide material is designed, according to the condition as it is used in the bearing, i.e. speed, load and environment. At the tribometer, the average sliding speed can be changed from 1.41m·s -1 to 157m·s -1 and load from 5.2×10 4Pa to 2.15×10 6Pa. The friction environment including in air or in liquid (e.g. water) can be selected. It records the coefficient of friction automatically.
