摘要
介绍用 EXCEL宏编程测定硬化指数 n值的方法 ,并进行了比较分析。与 GB50 2 8-1 985比较 ,GB/T50 2 8- 1 999中的测试方法有所改进 ,但对计算 n值的上限、下限应变未做明确的量化规定。推荐上限应变值取 0 .99εgt,下限应变值取 1 .0 2 εs。
Determination of hardening exponent ( n value) using EXCEL macro programming is introduced and comparative analysis are conducted. Compared with GB5028-1985, the methods of determination in GB/T5028-1999 have been improved yet the upper strain limit and the lower strain limit for calculating n value havent been specified 0.99 ε gt for upper strain limit and 1.02 ε s for lower strain limit are recommended.
