CO_2激光光纤在耳科和侧颅底外科中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 CO2激光在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的应用已经有30多年的历史,可应用于上呼吸道肿瘤切除、喉部息肉及乳头状瘤的治疗、耳科手术和一些侧颅底手术等。其优点包括非接触式的切割、切除和止血同步进行。早期CO2激光治疗未能广泛应用的原因在于其笨重的设计和体积庞大的控制装置,尤其是在耳科手术需要配合显微镜时,这种缺点尤为突出。
