摘要
在摩擦学的研究中 ,许多摩擦学试验要求使用摩擦磨损试验机作为主要的测试和观察手段 .本文介绍了一种光电自动检测的摩擦试验机 ,简述了该试验机的原理、构成、功能及配套软件的设计 .该试验机以光电自动检测、CCD动态观测记录、计算机实时处理为主要特征 ,对摩擦过程的各种参数进行测量 ,观测记录摩擦图象 ,数据和图象送入计算机计算、记录和处理 .
With the development of tribology,the tribology-test machine is taken as a main tool.A kind of automatic optoelectronical tribology-test machine is introduced in this paper.The principle,composition,function of the machine is presented.The machine is characterized by automatic optoelectronical measuring,dynamic observing and real time processing.It measures several tribology parameters,records image and data which are related to the tribology course.
