摘要
本文利用量子力学路径积分的基本思想 ,严格导出单重势垒与双重势垒的反射系数和透射系数的解析表达式 ,为研究多重势垒量子阱结构的散射提供一种新的理论方法 .
An analytical expressions of the reflection and the transmission coefficient are strictly derived by using the foundational idea of the path-ingegral for single and double-barrier.An alternative theoretical method studying the scattering of multi-barrier quantum-well structures is provided in this paper.
