摘要
林语堂接受过德国哲学家和诗人尼采的影响。这种影响主要表现在两个方面:一是受尼采"骂德人"的启发,创作《萨天师语录》,痛斥中国传统文明的弊端与国民劣根性;二是融入尼采"愉快哲学"的因子形成自己的人生哲学。但林语堂对尼采思想有所疏离,则又彰显出中国思想与文化传统对他的规约。
Lin Yu-tang was influenced by F. W. Nietzsche, a famous German poet and philosopher in two aspects. One as- pect was ： he created Imam Sa＇ s Quotations, rebuking the evils of traditional Chinese civilization and national malpractice, whose inspiration was from Nietzsche＇ s ＂scolding Germans＂; the other was that he established life philosophy of his own, melted Nie- tzsche＇ s ＂Gay science＂. However, Lin＇s reception vibrated Nietzsche＇ s thoughts, mostly for the limitations of our Chinese tra- dition.
