On a Cross Border Governance System in Nanning-Liuzhou-Guilin City Belt

南宁、柳州、桂林城市群跨界治理体系的构建,应基本包括区域经济的规划和引导、跨地区的区域合作及协调机制、激励机制以及相应的法治基础。应继续加强三市之间的经济分工协作和优势互补,形成城市群的整体竞争力,逐步构建广西的综合经济中心,带动"两区一带"乃至全区经济的发展。

These three cities, not far apart from one another geographically, respectively located in south, center and north of Guangxi, are three central areas in-line by Hunan-Guangxi freeway. If integrated, the GDP of the three cities would reach 421.9 billion in 2010, accounted for 44.3% of that of Guangxi. We could continue to strengthen economic cooperation that based on division of labor and mutual benefit between three cities, so that to bring about competitiveness ofciW group, progressively composing comprehensive economic center of Guangxi. All of these will promote the economic development of ＂ two-area and one zoen＂ and even the whole Guangxi.
