摘要
培育和发展新兴产业是新兴经济体调整产业结构,加快发展方式转变、保持赶超发展态势与崛起的重要引擎。本文通过对金砖国家确立新兴产业发展战略、促进新兴产业发展的政策措施、管理模式及其成效与不足等的比较,以观测新兴经济体在推动产业结构转变,提升自身国际价值链地位的努力及变化状况,也可以给予同样大力发展新兴产业的中国以有益启示。
Nurturing and developing new industries industrial structure, accelerate the transformation of emerging economies is an important engine to adjust the growth pattern, and maintain the catching up development trend and rise. By comparing establishment of the new industry development strategy ,3f the BRIC countries, policies and measures to promote the development of new industries, management model and its effectiveness and weakness, the paper observes the emerging economies making great effects in promoting industrial structur- al changes , enhancing its international value chain and their changes. This paper also gives useful inspiration to China, which is also developing new industries.
