摘要
目的:研究黔产苗药虎耳草的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,DiamonsiL C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长为250 nm。结果:确定了12批黔产虎耳草的指纹图谱共有模式,进行了相似度比较,不同产地虎耳草的主成分组成基本相同,但各组分的含量有较大的差异。结论:所建立的方法可用于黔产虎耳草指纹图谱测定,并可对其今后规范药用资源及质量评价提供科学依据。
Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint of Saxifraga stolonifera from Guizhou.Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a DiamonsiL C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with the gradient eluting system consisted of methanol and 0.1%H3PO4.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm.Result: There were twelve characteristic peaks indicated in fingerprints.The main composition of different origin S.stolonifera is basically the same.But there is a large difference between each content of components.Conclusion: This method can be used to determine fingerprint of S.stolonifera in different origin from Guizhou.And it helps to regulate the quality of medical resources and provide scientific basis in the future.
