小花八角的化学成分研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Illicium micranthum

目的:研究八角科八角属小花八角的化学成分。方法:通过多种色谱方法分离化合物,通过波谱方法确定其结构。结果:从小花八角中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别是β-谷甾醇(1),槲皮素(2),芦丁(3),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4),厚朴酚(5),dictagymnin(6),(+)-syringaresinol(7),(+)-diaeudesmin(8)和没食子酸(9)。结论:化合物4～9为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Illicium micranthum.Method： The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.Result： Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol（1）,quercetin（2）,rutin（3）,quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside（4）,magnolol（5）,dictagymnin（6）,（＋）-syringaresinol（7）,（＋）-diaeudesmin（8） and gallic acid（9）.Conclusion： Compounds 4 to 9 were discovered from this plant for the first time.
