摘要
目的:研究八角科八角属小花八角的化学成分。方法:通过多种色谱方法分离化合物,通过波谱方法确定其结构。结果:从小花八角中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别是β-谷甾醇(1),槲皮素(2),芦丁(3),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4),厚朴酚(5),dictagymnin(6),(+)-syringaresinol(7),(+)-diaeudesmin(8)和没食子酸(9)。结论:化合物4~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Illicium micranthum.Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.Result: Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),quercetin(2),rutin(3),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(4),magnolol(5),dictagymnin(6),(+)-syringaresinol(7),(+)-diaeudesmin(8) and gallic acid(9).Conclusion: Compounds 4 to 9 were discovered from this plant for the first time.
