摘要
采用商用计算流体软件NUMECA对1.3MW失速调节风力机进行三维定常数值模拟研究。在计算功率与设计值吻合的情况下,分析叶片表面绕流极限流线图。为了展示更多的三维旋转条件下的流动细节,分别比较了三维叶片截面与二维翼型在相同条件下的绕流情况及不同条件下压力系数分布。最后分析叶展方向上的功率分布情况及改变桨叶安装角对功率输出的影响。数值模拟结果显示,三维数值模拟结果很清晰地展现了三维旋转效应对叶片周围流动造成的影响。
Numerical investigation of the steady and viscous flow around a 1.3MW stall-regulated wind turbine blade was carried out by commercial software NUMECA. Based on the well predicated powers compared with the designed data, limiting streamlines on blade surface were analyzed. To represent more detailed 3-D flow analysis, compared flowing around the section of 3D blade and 2D airfoil; the pressure coefficient under various conditions; loading distributions of the rotor blade, changing the blade setting angle and its effect on power output. Numerical results showed that 3 D numerical results unfold the effect on flow around the blades caused by three-dimensional ro- tational effect very clearly.
