摘要 提出一种小型风力机大风限速方法,即建立在风轮与发电机匹配特性基础上的电磁失速控制;从风轮空气动力学角度分析了电磁失速控制的工作原理,并分析了风轮与发电机的匹配特性对电磁失速控制有效性的影响。最后设计了2台具有不同匹配特性的300W风力机,通过风洞实验测试了2台风力机的电磁失速控制特性。测试结果表明,只有具有一定匹配特性的风力机才能通过电磁失速控制达到大风限速的目的。 A small wind turbine over-speed control method was proposed, which is electronic stall regulation based on the matching of turbine and generator. The influence of the match of rotor and generator on the electronic stall regulation was analyzed in detail. Two 300W wind turbine was designed with different match features, and tested in a wind tunnel. The test results give the conclusion that only with specific match feature the electronic stall regula- tion is effective on over-speed control.
