风切变对风机塔架的载荷和结构分析的影响 被引量:5

摘要 使用Bladed3.81软件对某型风力发电机组进行载荷计算,结合理论计算,分析风切变对塔筒载荷的影响;使用ANSYS12.1软件对其塔架建模,针对塔架门洞部位使用不同截面载荷进行静强度分析,研究风切变对塔架应力的影响。计算结果表明,风切变的作用在塔底载荷Mxy和Fxy中所占比例分别达到20.60%和32.17%;使用塔顶载荷与使用15.695m处截面载荷计算得到的门框最大应力分别为217.82MPa和275.94MPa,结果相差58.12MPa。风切变对塔筒的载荷和结构分析的影响是不可忽视的。 Bladed 3.81 software was applied to load calculation for a wind turbine. Combined with theoretical cal- culations, the effect of the wind shear on the tower load was analysed. Then ANSYS12.1 software was applied to the tower modeling and the static structural analysis to the door station of the tower with the load at each high, whose results were used to analyse the effect of the wind shear on the stress of the tower. The results showed that the ratio of the wind shear' s effect in Mxy and Fxy of the tower bottom' s load reached 20.60% and 32.17%, re- spectively; The maximum stress of the doorframe was calculated to be 217.82MPa with the load at the top and 275.94MPa with the load at 15. 695m high, different between which was 58.12MPa. The effect of wind shear on the load and structural analysis of the tower could not be ignored.
