摘要
通过非线性全局拟合的方法从晶体硅太阳电池的I-V数据中提取不同温度下电池的等效电路模型参数,分析这些参数随温度的变化规律,计算其温度系数。研究表明反向饱和电流对温度依赖性会因电池本身复合中心密度的不同而出现分化,这种分化现象具有可利用的价值。研究太阳电池模型参数的温度特性,有利于更深入了解硅光伏电池的性能,为工艺改进提供帮助。
A nonlinear global fitting method was applied to determine solar cell parameters from the illuminated l-V data under different temperatures. The variations of the model parameters with temperature increasing were ob- tained. And all the temperature coefficient of the five model parameters including a single crystalline silicon solar cell and a multi-crystalline silicon solar cell were got. And then it is found the density of recombination centre will result in a big change of the variations of the saturate current with temperature, which is useful for us to improve the fabrication of silicon solar cells and promote the accuracy of testing solar cells.
