摘要
运用生命周期分析的方法分析多晶硅-光伏系统产业链碳排放环节,得出多晶硅-光伏系统的碳排放环节为消耗资源与能源产生碳排放的环节和处理排放的污染物产生碳排放的环节。以具体企业为例进行计算,得出280MW多晶硅-光伏系统产业链的碳排放为5.62×108kg,其中多晶硅料的生产过程碳排放最多,为4.76×108kg;工业硅的生产过程碳排放最少,为4.08×106kg;多晶硅锭和多晶硅片的生产过程的碳排放为3.65×107kg,电池片和电池组件的生产过程的碳排放为4.55×107kg。
Carbon emission links of polycrystalline-silicon PV system were analyzed based on life cycle. The result showed that polycrystalline-silicon PV system has carbon emissions, which is divided into carbon emission link due to consume resource and energy and carbon emission link caused by dispose the waste. As the specific enterprises for example, the results showed that carbon emissions of the 280MW polyerystalline-silicon PV system are 5.62 × 10^8kg, carbon emissions of the production of solar-grade polycrystalline silicon are the most for 4.76× 10^8kg, car- bon emissions of the production of metallurgical grade silicon are the least for 4.08× 10^6kg , carbon emissions of the production of polycrystalline-silicon wafer are 3.65 × 10^7kg, and carbon emissions of cells and PV modules are 4.55 ×10^7kg.
