胸水中腺癌细胞和反应性间皮细胞的色度学定量判别分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:定量揭示胸水中腺癌细胞(adenocarcinoma cell,ACC)巴氏染色的色度学特征,筛选对ACC诊断分类有重要价值的色度学参数。方法:取胸水涂片中764个ACC(44例)和709个反应性间皮细胞(reactive mesothelial cell,RMC;39例),用计算机图像分析技术测试细胞的色度学参数,包括细胞浆的红、绿、蓝三基色(Rp、Gp、Bp)和细胞核的红、绿、蓝三基色(Rn、Gn、Bn),对测试结果进行独立样本t检验和逐步判别分析。结果:与RMC相比,ACC的Rp、Gp、Bp、Rn、Gn、Bn明显减小(P均<0.01)。逐步判别分析显示,Rp、Bp、Rn、Gn、Bn进入判别函数,其符合率为73.7%。结论:色度学参数Rp、Bp、Rn、Gn、Bn对于胸水ACC的判别研究可能有重要价值。 Objective: To quantitatively analyze chromatic characteristics of adenocarcinoma cell(ACC) in pleural effusion by Papanicolaou staining,and to screen highly specific parameters which can be applied to differentiate and classify ACC.Methods: 764 ACC of 44 cases and 709 reactive mesothelial cells(RMC) of 39 cases were collected from pleural effusion smears.Techniques of computer image analysis was applied to test the chromatic parameters,including three primary colors of cytoplasm(Rp,Gp,Bp) and three primary colors of nucleus(Rn,Gn,Bn).The results were compared and analyzed by independent-sample t test and stepwise discriminant analysis.Results: Compared to RMC,the values of Rp,Gp,Bp,Rn,Gn,Bp in ACC significantly decreased(P〈0.01).Stepwise discriminant showed Rp,Bp,Rn,Gn,Bp entered discriminant function,and its coincidence rate was 73.7%.Conclusions:Chromatic parameters of Rp,Bp,Rn,Gn,and Bp may play important roles in discriminant study to ACC of pleural effusion.
