摘要
目的:研究正颌手术对牙周微生物变化的影响。方法:14例接受正颌手术患者,于术前1d(t0)、术后1周(t1)及术后6周(t2)分别记录菌斑指数(PI)和10种牙周相关性细菌的浓度,应用普通线性模型进行分析。结果:普通线性模型显示啮蚀艾肯菌的浓度有显著改变(P<0.05),其他牙周相关性细菌均未见显著差异。配对分析显示PI值在所有位点、舌侧、颊侧t0~t1期显著上升(P<0.05),随后t1~t2期显著下降(P<0.05),总体t0~t2期未见显著差异。厚型和薄型牙龈t0、t2期PI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正颌手术导致牙周微生物组成轻微改变,但不会出现长期的变化。
Objective: To evaluate the influence of orthognathic surgery on the development of periodontal microbiological changes.Methods: Fourteen patients underwent orthognathic surgery were included in the present study.Plaque index(PI) and concentrations of 10 periodonto-pathogenic bacteria were recorded one day prior to surgery(t0) and one week(t1) and six weeks(t2) post-surgery.For statistical analysis,general linear model and paired t-test were applied.Results: A significant increase of PI(t0-t1,P〈 0.05) was followed by a significant decrease(t1-t2,P〈0.05).Apart from Eikenella corrodens(P〈0.05),no significant microbiological changes were recorded.Conclusions:Orthognathic surgery causes periodontal microbiological changes,but these changes are not long-term.
