盐酸利托君在先兆早产治疗中的临床价值

Clinical value of ritodrine hydrochloride for threatened premature labor

目的:探讨盐酸利托君(商品名:安宝)抑制宫缩、治疗先兆早产的临床效果及不良反应。方法:对我科2011年4～12月硫酸镁治疗后产程仍然进展或不能耐受药物不良反应的50例先兆早产孕妇,改用盐酸利托君进行治疗,分析用药疗程、宫缩抑制情况及妊娠结果、药物不良反应。结果:50例中28例使用一个疗程盐酸利托君均能明显抑制宫缩,孕龄有所延长,分娩出新生儿均无明显并发症,且无明显严重不良药物反应。结论:盐酸利托君保胎效果更好且安全。

Objective： To explore the effects of ritodrine hydrochloride for inhibition of uterine contractions and prevention of threatened premature labor, and its side effects. Methods：During April and December 2011, ritodrine hydrochloride were used to treat patients that were suffering from threatened premature labor but eafft tolerate magnesium sulfate or showed no response to magnesium sulfate. Treatment courses, uterine contraction inhibition, pregnancy outcomes, and adverse reactions were observed. Results： Ritodrine hydrochloride inhibited urine contraction in 28 of the 50 cases, and gestational age continued; neither severe complication occurred in neonates nor severe side effects observed. Conclusion： Ritodrine hydrochloride tocolytic is safe and effective treatment for threatened premature labor.
