摘要 目的:应用放射造影术进行子宫动脉三维重建,为盆腔血管介入提供可靠的解剖学依据。方法:采用2例新鲜盆腔标本,经腹主动脉灌注聚乙烯醇-氧化铈造影剂,64排螺旋CT扫描,并利用Mimics进行三维重建。结果:横断面原始图像及其三维图像重建均达到满意的效果,重建后的模型可以任意三维旋转。结论:聚乙烯醇-氧化铈血管造影术是子宫动脉进行三维重建的一种有效技术方法,对妇产科血管介入技术起指导性作用。 Objective: To establish three-dimensional reconstruction of uterine artery by contrast radiography of cast specimens,and to provide anatomic basis for interventional therapy with blood vessel.Methods: The specimens were perfused with polyvinyl alcohol-ceria through abdominal aorta,and scanned consecutively with CT.Three-dimensional reconstruction of uterine artery was made by Mimics with the CT-data.Results: Cross-sectional images and three-dimensional reconstruction images were all satisfactory.Three-dimensional reconstruction models could show grade branch of uterine artery clearly while uterine artery was blurry,and the models could rotate in every direction.Conclusions: Contrast radiography of the cast specimens is an effective method for three-dimensional reconstruction of uterine artery,which is clinically significant for preoperative protocol and perioperative procedure.
