摘要 目的:对一种分离自海南红树林链霉菌的胞外多糖(exopolysaccharide,EPS)进行了免疫调节活性研究。方法:以小鼠迟发型过敏反应、血清溶血素测定以及巨噬细胞吞噬实验探讨EPS的免疫调节活性,并以流式细胞仪测定脾脏淋巴细胞亚群。结果:EPS对小鼠免疫应答多项指标具有一定的正向调节作用(P﹤0.05);CD4+T细胞数量、CD4+/CD8+比率明显高于正常对照组。结论:此种产自链霉菌的EPS具有一定的免疫调节活性。 Objective. To explore the immunomodulatory effects of exopolysaccharide (EPS) from Streptomyces isolated from mangrove in Hainan province. Methods: The immunomodulatory effect was assayed by delayed type hypersensitivity reaction, the HC50 value and macrophage function assay in mice. Splenocyte subpopulaions were determined with flow cytometer. Results:Data showed that the EPS from Streptomyces could regulate immunity in mice (P 〈 0.05). The percentage o f CD4+ T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in spleen of the EPS were higher than that in the normal control subjects (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: EPS from Streptomyces shows immunomodulatory effect.
