芪蚣抗纤方拆方对免疫损伤性肝纤维化大鼠肝功能的影响及量效比较

摘要 目的:探讨芪蚣抗纤方拆方对免疫损伤性肝纤维化大鼠肝功能的影响及量效比较。方法:猪血清腹腔注射法复制肝纤维化大鼠模型,分为正常对照组、模型组、活血小剂量组、活血大剂量组、软坚小剂量组、软坚大剂量组。用药4周后,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)含量。结果:活血组ALT、球蛋白明显下降,白/球比正常;软坚组小剂量基本同活血组,而大剂量组ALT显著升高,高于模型组,白/球比降低。结论:芪蚣抗纤方拆方活血组及软坚小剂量组能降低ALT、球蛋白。具有保护肝细胞,减轻肝组织免疫性损伤,改善肝纤维化作用;软坚大剂量组药物毒性显现,在选用此药物时应慎用剂量。 Objective: To observe effects of probe into modified Qigongkangxian formula on liver function of immunity-damaged liver fibrosis rats and to analyze its dose-effect. Methods: Immunity-damaged liver fibrosis rat models were established by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum. All rats were divided into normal control group, model group, blood-activating low dose group, blood-activating high dose group, hard mass-softening low dose group, and hard mass-softening high dose group. Four weeks after medication, the levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), albumin (ALB) and globulin (GLB) in blood serum were detected. Results: In blood-activating groups and hard mass-softening low dose group, ALT and GLB were significantly decreased, and A/G was normal. In hard mass-softening high dose group, ALT was significantly higher than that of model group and A/G was decreased. Conclusion: Bloodactivating medicine and hard mass-softening medicine at low dose can reduce the level of ALT and GLB in blood serum. They can protect hepatic cell, reduce hepatic tissue immune injury, and improve liver fibrosis. But mass-softening medicine at high dose can induce toxicity thus should be used with caution.
