摘要
目的:构建臀腰部皮穿支血管3D可视化模型,展示该部位皮穿支血管立体空间结构,从而概括性的评价臀、腰部Choke Vessels及跨区穿支皮瓣的扩展机制,为临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法:聚乙烯醇-氧化铈全身整体血管造影灌注,X线摄影,64排螺旋CT无间距扫描,采集图像数据进行数据集处理,利用"交互式医学影像控制系统(MIMICS 10.01)"、3D-Doctor等软件对臀腰部皮穿支小血管进行渲染、提取、定位、配准与可视化构建。结果:臀腰部皮穿支血管铸型充分,血管X线图像清晰,构建的3D可视化血管模型逼真,立体空间感强,各血管体及血管网清晰可见。结论:尸体血管整体造影术,经CT扫描获取血管数据集,利用计算机重建软件,可构建出高质量清晰的臀腰部皮穿支血管3D可视化模型。
Objective: To construct three-dimensional model (3D) oI hip and lumbar cutaneous perforator vessels in order to explain the mechanism of Choke vessels and perforator flaps. Methods: After polyvinyl alcohol - cerium oxide perfusion, the whole body vessels' image data were collected via radiography and 64 row spiral CT scan, and hip and lumbar cutaneous perforator small vessels were constructed by interactive medical image control system (MIMICS10.01). Results. the hip and lumbar cutaneous perforator vessels were cast sufficiently; X-ray image was clear; 3D vascular model offered good stereoscopic feeling with clear vessel body and vascular net. Conclusion:The hip and lumbar cutaneous perforator yessels can be clearly constructed via angiography CT scanning and computer reconstruction software.
