摘要
目的:探讨碘伏暴露疗法治疗皮肤擦伤的疗效。方法:将皮肤擦伤患者160例随机分为2组,治疗组100例予碘伏暴露疗法,对照组60例予无菌操作法治疗。观察2组患者临床疗效及疤痕愈合情况。结果:治疗组显效率(80.0%)明显高于对照组(30.0%);治疗组疤痕愈合情况亦优于对照组。结论:采用碘伏暴露疗法治疗皮肤擦伤的疗效好、费用低、操作简便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the effects of iodophor exposure therapy for skin lesion. Methods. 160 cases with skin lesions were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n= 100） received iodophor exposure therapy, and the control group （n=60） received aseptic manipulation. The clinical effect and healing conditions of scars were observed after treatment. Results. The marked efficiency rate in treatment group （80.0%） was obviously higher than that of the control group （30.0%）. The healing conditions of scars in treatment group were superior to that of control group. Conclusions： The iodophor exposure therapy shows good effects on skin lesions, It is cheap and simple, thus is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.
